Thanks NNV. You were the main person who forwarded the Direction Of Management document and this has helped make a legal basis for challenging the bogus leaders. I was pushing more for the criminal fraud challenge, but both aspects are needed to make a complete case and I think the LI case does exactly that.
Shaksi certainly helped put together the poison issue better than anyone else has done, so we need to combine our talents for better outcome. We simply cannot allow the murder of our master to go by without some sort of protest. I listened to the poison tapes a thousand times over and over, and I know he was poisoned, I am not in the process of studying the issue. That is why I went out publicly with a sign at 1997 Rathayatra “I am being poisoned.”
And you are also right that ISKCON reflects the current society an/or vice versa, namely the Pope has been confronted by molesting victims public protests and the polygamy cult has had its children taken away and so on. All of this is in the news today and seems to have been a sort of similar problem we had in ISKCON. This is also why I did not agree with the polygamy in ISKCON proprosal, it will backfire and create worse public image.
For what its worth I agree that Tamohara prabhu, or anyone else who is capable, should go to LI and help them with the case. Yes, we should legally attack the bad guys now since you are also right, in the near future devotees will be more and more struggling with basics like: rising price of heating, gas, food and many of our devotees are already barely able to get by as it is, what with the economy in the tank etc., so later on they will not have the extra time or resources to launch an attack on the bogus leaders. The time is now, agreed.
I think that once we get this LI case rolling then other cases could be launched using the model of LI, and if we cannot get the whole thing all at once this will be a good precedent case for maybe other cases and even taking over the London manor or other places in Europe, India etc. Lets hope to bag the rhinocerous but if we capture only a house cat, that is better than not trying at all. ys pd

[PADA: Madhava Maharaja was one of the foremost critics of Srila Prabhupada saying that Srila Prabhupada should not use the title of “Prabhupada” and that Prabhupada was bogus for allowing women in the temples and etc. Madhava Maharaja was also one of the deviant fellows who helped establish false gurus which destroyed the Gaudiya Matha.
Now his “appointed successor” – Bhakti Ballabha Tirtha is being glorified by: the Triprari followers, Narayana Maharaja followers (even Jadurani is now going along with glorfying the turkeys who criticized the pure devotee), and of course the Sridhara Maharaja followers are friends with Madhava Maharaja and his team, so are some of the bogus GBC gurus followers, and worse apparently Rocana has printed an arrticle on his web site glorifying this Ballabha Tirtha fellow.
So the people who attack Srila Prabhupada are being glorified as “the dearest acharyas recognized by Sri Chaitanya Maharaprabhu in Sri Mayapura dham.” Excuse us, but the people who criticize the acharyas are not recognized by Sri Chaitanya Mahraprabhu? What is up with these fools? ys pd]

I share the same feelings as Nimai Prabhu. I have also been threatened and poison was given with my “Prasad” to me at the Iskcon Delhi temple opening in 1997 after I had forced open the investigation of the “poisoning complaints” by Srila Prabhupada. There is much in the history of many other brave devotees also who have made a vow to expose and deal with the cheating and thieving of these imitators. Just see the names in the email list and there are many more. Srila Prabhupada himself is leading the charge and is wanting his sincere followers to assist him in every way they can. Please help Srila Prabhupada in the fight, even though you may be in exile. We can help like the monkeys when Lord Ramachandra was in exile. YS. Naveen.

Hare Krishna!
Well, we had thought of this possibility. We have taken 5 essential steps:
1. All the documents, knowledge and angles of the lawsuit are known by 3 sets of lawyers on two continents and many other devotees, hence WHAT WILL BE THE USE of harming us?
2. There are total 9 trustees elected by the congregation. 4 of them are from ISKCON Bangalore group who travel regularly. Hence if not me, then soemone else will press the BBT Trustees to shape up from the side of the beneficiary, ISKCON, Inc. The current LI lawsuit will go on with or without me. Again what will be the use in harming us? None of us will get discouraged by others being mishandled as we have seen that happen in Banaglore for the last 10 years now and here for the last 4 years. Intimidation does not work—rather it boomerangs as they have seen even in this current lawsuit. Rambhadra came and told Aruna Mataji(one of the original trustees named in the first lawsuit), “Why are you shielding these [ritvik] devotees, let them go. You have two small children. Why take any risk?” Her husband was threatended of being put in jail, of being deported out of the country….nothing worked. Instead, we became more close-knit and determined to fight at that time.
In fact, Amit Shah, an old congregation, who is the PR manager for Estee Lauder, told in his testimony in front of the judge in July 2004 that in 1996 he was talking to Romapada Swami over phone that if this Adarsi was again made a trustee in the temple from which he stole $255,000, then he(Amit) will be forced to take the file about Adarsi’s wrongdoing to the DA’s office. Let the law take its own course. Amit Shah continued testifying that after Romapada put the phone down, after 30 minutes there was a phone call, and a gruff voice said to Amit that, if you take the file to the DA’s office, YOUR DAUGHTER WILL BE KILLED. His wife was on the other line and she heard the conversation, and she flipped. He told me his daughter was pre-teen at that time. That is how Adarsi again came to rule over the temple after being kicked out a year earlier for embezzelement. There was pin drop silence in the court room when he said that. The judge heard that loud and clear and knows what kind of people he is dealing with. Because of his stature, no one doubts Amit Shah’s words. Amit Shah could not go to the DA’s office then, as his wife theatened to leave him with their daughter if he did, but when we contacted him by chance 8 years later, he came forward with that very file ONE DAY BEFORE THE HEARING, and gave it to us to use. He said, now I am not afraid of any Romapada or any pada….! I will come and even testify…
Hence any more of the same kind of monkey business, and the first suspicion will fall onto again Brian Rumbaugh aka Romapada Swami. Then others too. Moreover, the other devotees will become more determined.
3. We have also informed the local and county police in detail about our situation. The names of the current “GBC” members and their main cronies are listed as possible suspects in case something happens to us. In fact there is a tresspass notice against all of them. They will be the first ones under suspicion as the local police know the on going dispute(due in part also as they have been called umpteen number of times). The last time they came, they ushered out the latest “GBC” crony being sent to the temple, a trouble causing mataji, and warned her not to come on the temple property otherwise she will be put in jail. We have made friends with the local police and like to keep them updated of our whereabouts.
4. We have the property on 24 hour video surveilance.
5. We chant Narsimha Prayers daily, do our duty and leave the rest to Krishna.

The latest we heard was they were trying these Kerala style Tantric rituals against Bangalore temple devotees!!! Can you believe that? Of course, our powerful Ksatriya devotees in India handled that with ease too.
It is very hard for these devotees to understand that “whom Krishna protects no one can harm…”. It is with trepidition in the beginning and now humour that I watch they trying all sorts of tricks against Madhu Pandit Prabhu and his brave associates in Bangalore. Each and everyone of them have failed.
I try to console myself, as we read in Krishna Book, that every day Krishna and Balarama go out with their cowherd boyfriends in Vrindavan, and while playing they DAILY meet with demons (one devotee said Srila Prabhupada says at least THREE demons daily), and these demons sometimes they scare the devotees pretty bad too. BUT, Krishna saves them miraculously, and He is then glorified by the very same devotees with more love and affection. What I learn that means is that servants of (the servants of) Krishna, whenver we stand up with Krishna or his Pure devotee, will also be attacked, due to the envy towards Krishna and His Pure devotee. Hence it is our occupational hazard. WE WILL BE attacked sometime or other for being devotees of Krishna and Srila Prabhupada. But then Krishna will also save us all the time, very miraculously, and that will be our gain so as to not only hold onto his lotus feet tighter but also remember those incidences when he protected us and glorify Him within our hearts.
I hope I am not rambling.

Dear PADA: This article confirms to me the malicious nature of the plunderers in the GBC.Some months ago Praghosa prabhu posted an article on the Sampradaya Sun entitled ”Simple Matter” where he described how Romapada Swami (the GBC) had spent around $500,000 to pay for the lawyers in their litigation with the Long Island temple.
[PADA: The GBC paid hundreds of thousands on lawyers to counter Turley, hundreds of thousands to sue us over the BBT rights, hundreds of thousands of rupees harassing Bangalore, and they have in sum spent millions on “legal actions” because as one devotee says, they GBC is very upset when their lawyer’s Mercedes is six months old, they have to buy him a new Mercedes so he can go out and buy some beef steaks.
Oddly Krishna Kanta and Yaduraja said they would ONLY acccept the poison issue if — we got a lawyer to prove it was a valid case. In sum, many devotees are “surrendered to lawyers” and not to Krishna.]
* Praghosa wrote that with that money and the $300,000 spent by the Long Island temple in their defense it could be published around 3,000,000 small books such as as The Perfection of Yoga. I remember that soon after that article was published I commented to Rasala over the phone how sinful it is that this GBC squandered that money uselessly when with that money you could buy around 500 cows or even more and save them from slaughter.
Of course,they don’t have even the purified intelligence to even think about that, on the contrary, they are ready to evict the devotees fron the Costa Rica farm and the ten cows that also live there.
In short, no protection for the devotees, no protection for the cows. Their false disciplic succession only bears the fruit of love of money, envy and malice and we cannot expect anything auspicious from this poisonous fruit.
Now I remember that Rocana NEVER commented anything about the GBC wasting this huge amount of money.Where’s the intelligence of Rocana?
